Plans lodged for twenty-two unit housing scheme in Kilkenny
Plans have been lodged seeking permission for a housing development on a site at Dublin Road, Johnstown, County Kilkenny.
The proposed residential scheme lies to the north of Johnstown village, to be accessed from the R639 (Chapel Street).
The development is envisaged to consist of 21 houses with car parking for 45 spaces.
Twelve houses are planned to be semi-detached two-storey houses and nine are planned to be terraced two-storey houses.
The submitted plans include all associated site infrastructure relating to the dwellings as well as bin storage, drainage, public lighting, landscaping works and site development works.
A decision is due by November 12, 2023.
