Plans lodged seeking to change use of café in Kilkenny

Plans have been lodged seeking to change the use of a café at The Square, Ballyragget, County Kilkenny.

The plans seek 'for the material change of use from commercial use as a café to residential use as a ground floor single bed apartment, with alterations to the front fenestration and all associate site works'.

A decision on the plans is due by July 23, 2024.
