Plans seek to convert private dwelling into new cancer support centre in Kilkenny
A planning application has been lodged to Kilkenny County Council seeking 'change of use' permission to convert a private dwelling into a cancer support centre facility.
That dwelling in question is Lilac Lodge, Waterford Road, Kilkenny, R95 YKT6.
The proposed works include the removal of existing external verandah and the provision of a new car park facility to the front of the existing building.
Revised site access from the Waterford Road is also sought along with all other associated site works to property.
A decision is due on the plans by October 12, 2023.
