Plans to convert Kilkenny pub into apartments

Plans have been submitted seeking to convert Mickey's Bar in Callan into accommodation.

The plans seek material change of use from bar use to residential (three apartments), along with all associated elevational amendments, internal reconfigurations, and site and ancillary works.

All works to take place at Mickey's Bar, Upper Bridge Street, Callan, Kilkenny, R95 KX79.

The development is located within the Callan Architectural Conservation Area.

The application is currently in the pre-validation stage with Kilkenny County Council.
