Raising a Mint! Pembroke staff team up to raise funds for Down Syndrome Kilkenny

Lucie Dowling and the team at the Pembroke Hotel Kilkenny and Mint recently held a staff week quiz to raise funds in support of Down Syndrome Kilkenny.
They raised an impressive €1,455 in support of Down Syndrome Kilkenny.
