Staff at landmark Kilkenny building issue warning over spam email

Members of the public who receive the email are advised not to engage
Kilkenny art gallery and heritage site, Butler Gallery have warned the public over correspondence circulating from an “unofficial” account.
In a statement released on Thursday afternoon, a spokesperson said, “We have been made aware of email communications for Butler Gallery Craft Fair 2026 being sent from an unofficial account.
“Please do not respond to emails or click links from the email address:[email protected],” they added.
“Please note all of our communications include @butlergallery domains.”
