Former Pittsburgh Steelers player and two-time Super Bowl Champion Max Starks visited Kilkenny on Sunday in advance of the historic NFL game taking place at Croke Park this weekend.
Kilkenny was Starks' first stop on the nationwide Terrible Towel Tour, which sees a contingent from the Steelers travel all across Ireland, stopping along the way to meet local celebrities and dignitaries.
The Steelers face the Minnesota Vikings in Croke Park on September 28, in the first ever regular season NFL game to be played in Ireland.
The game will be broadcast free to air on Virgin Media 1. Kickoff is at 2.30pm.
