Update on drinks licence application for new Kilkenny Tesco store
Kilkenny City’s first Tesco store has postponed a court application to seek a licence to sell alcohol.
At last week’s district court the licensing matter was listed before Judge Cephas Power.
Solicitor Chris Hogan informed the court that the application is not yet ready and applied for an adjournment of one month.
This was granted by the judge and the matter adjourned to July 16.
