WATCH: Sean Ó hÁrgain hopeful of nabbing Kilkenny City seat

Labour Party candidate for the Kilkenny City Local Electoral Area (LEA), Sean Ó hÁrgain claims he's 'very happy with how the tallies are looking so far' and is hoping for a positive outcome later this weekend. 

Mr Ó hÁrgain added, he is a 'community activist at heart' and is 'devoted to serving the people of Kilkenny City'.
