Plans have been revealed for a large new distribution facility in a business park in County Waterford.
A planning application has been submitted in relation to the development, which is planned for Shandon Business Park in Dungarvan.
Planning permission is being sought for the construction of a 1,710 square metre logistics centre building.
There are also plans for roof-mounted solar panels, parking spaces and electric vehicle charging points.
As well as that, work would be undertaken on creating footpaths and a new vehicular entrance.
Furthermore, work would be carried out on landscaping, lighting and boundary treatments.
A new ESB sub station would also be constructed.
The planning application was submitted by Ziff Investments Ltd and is currently at the pre-validation stage.
If deemed valid, a decision by Waterford City and County Council is expected by November 2.
