Today will be a sunny day in Waterford with mostly clear skies

Waterford is set to experience a sunny but cool spell of weather this weekend.

Today will be a sunny day, with mostly clear skies and very little rainfall, if any.

However, those clear skies will make for lower temperatures.

Whilst temperatures could reach a maximum of 14ºC, they will be around 10ºC to 12ºC for much of the day.

Tonight will see Waterford experience some of its lowest temperatures in quite some time, with temperatures dropping down as low as just 3ºC.

Saturday will be another largely sunny day, with Met Éireann forecasting widespread sunshine.

Temperatures will remain similarly cool, with light northeasterly or variable breezes.

Sunday will be slightly cooler again, with highest temperatures of just 12ºC.

There will be more cloud cover than previous days, but it will remain largely dry.

Overall, a weekend with plenty of sunshine and little rain but with some lower temperatures than recent weeks.
