Andy Woodman asking for more from Bromley after Huddersfield win

The manager is hoping to keep momentum up.
Andy Woodman demanded more graft from his Bromley side as they won for the first time since the opening day with a victory over previously unbeaten Huddersfield
JJ McKiernan had given Bromley a first half lead with a header but that was cancelled out by Ashley Fletcher’s header on the stroke of half time.
Nineteen minutes from time former Huddersfield town player Mickel Miller then returned to haunt his old club with the winner.
Bromley boss Woodman said: “We had everything thrown against us today with all the injuries in the game, losing JJ, Chanse Headman and Corey Whitely.
“I thought we had very soft decisions against us in the game but we showed what my team is supposed to show today, all the traits and all the characteristics, and my players got their reward.
He added: “We made a change in the second half as we needed to occupy their three centre backs more, I wanted to put a bit more pressure in and around their box and I thought the change worked.
“We are catching up time as a side due to late incomings but we are slowly but surely learning the Bromley way and we saw that in this performance today.
“Nothing changes over the international break, it’s back to the training ground and even more graft.”
A lively opening saw Bromley take the lead in the opening ten minutes, JJ McKiernan heading home from a Mitchell Pinnock corner.
Marcus Harness could and perhaps should have equalised for the Terriers but his effort was kept out by Owen Mason with the goal gaping.
Two minutes before half time Pinnock’s fizzed volley forced a fine reaction save from Matt Young.
However, in first half time added on Huddersfield got their equaliser. Ashley Fletcher heading in Cameron Humphrey’s free kick.
Joe Taylor came close to giving the Terriers the lead on the hour mark, but a combination of Corey Whitely and Mason denied the front man when through one on one.
It was Bromley who regained the lead 19 minutes from time, Mickel Miller seizing on a mistake to smash home from 20 yards.
In the final minute of normal time, Mason denied Murray Wallace as Bromley held on to secure all three points.
