Amy Merron (People Before Profit Alliance)
A new face for electoral politics in the area, Amy Merron will take up the baton for People Before Profit for the 2022 Assembly Election.
The 25-year-old mum-of-two and psychology student recently ran in the Ulster University Student's Union in Coleraine and has supported strike action taken by university staff earlier this year.
People Before Profit first stood in the constituency in the 2017 Assembly election, where their candidate – Gavin Campbell – polled 492 first preference votes.
