Gemma Brolly (Aontú)
A newcomer to the local political scene, Gemma Brolly will take Aontú into their first ever Asssembly election campaign in East Derry.
The County Derry teacher has been vocal on issues affecting education in the area, and may benefit from a constituency where Aontú have some support.
The late Francie Brolly was a big influence in the area, and the party stood Sean McNicholl in the 2019 Westminster election, where he polled 1,731 votes.
