Kicking off a cracking weekend of entertainment in Ballyshannon, the Abbey Arts Centre was the perfect venue for Harry Potter fans of all ages on Friday evening.

It was worth a visit for the window and foyer display alone, created and designed by Angeline McIntyre and Paul Dunleavy.
The community were invited aboard the Hogwarts Express to celebrate all things Harry Potter. And there was a special showing of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
With prizes up for grabs for the best costume, those in attendance embraced the Harry Potter theme and the spirit of Halloween.
