This list is focused on The Rosses and contains various features from monuments to animals to lakes and much more!

The Rosses is an area located in west Donegal with a population of approximately 7,000 people. The geographical area stretches 314km2  from the Gweebarra Bridge to the Crolly Bridge. Dungloe is the main town inside the area, holding the largest population and the only secondary school, Rosses Community School.

The landscape is rocky, but it is dotted with a myriad of lakes, various distinctive beaches and sea inlets. The area boasts much to do and much to see with the added benefit of having Gaeltacht areas sprinkled all around!

Shockingly, only a section of these features is displayed on the list as there’s so much to include, but they certainly deserve a mention. Enjoy exploring The Rosses while you sift through these fascinating features!
