Scoil Bhríde performed an Irish language play titled ‘An Chéad Ghlúin Eile’ in Maghery - Please use the arrows/next to view the gallery.
The play, which translates to ‘The Next Generation’ was mostly written in Irish but contained a few English sentences. The Leitirmacaward students showcased the play which May Molly wrote to a crowd in the community centre.
“Go raibh maith agat le Scoil Bhríde, Leitir Mhic 'a Bhaird, what a wonderful performance,” Maghery Senior Social Club shared. “Very well done to all involved. We thoroughly enjoyed the play and all the songs. Ó Ghlúin go Glúin - From Generation to Generation.”
