Philadelphia: Olivia Boyce
Twenty-two-year-old Olivia Boyce is representing Philadelphia at this year’s Mary from Dungloe International Arts Festival. Born and raised in the city, Olivia’s grandparents were from Ireland and she has been part of Philadelphia’s Irish community from a young age. She graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Neuroscience while competing on the university’s Track and Field team.
