In pictures: Farmers enjoy final Fit4FarmLife 2025 event at Ballyliffin Lodge

The final FIT4FARMLIFE event took place at Ballyliffin Lodge recently. The health and wellbeing programme, designed especially for farmers, was rolled out in Buncrana and Carndonagh. Please click on the arrows to go through the gallery

FIT4FARMLIFE, a free initiative, funded by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine, but managed locally by Inishowen Development Partnership, ran weekly workshops and information events focusing on issues blighting the farming community. It covered a series of topics including Farm Safety, Healthy Eating, Mental health talks, Health checks and Fitness sessions. As part of the programme, the farmers gathered and enjoy a complimentary hot meal together.
