In pictures and results: ATU Charity 5K draws plenty of smiles in Letterkenny

Ferry, from Rosses AC, and Mooney of Letterkenny AC both came in with a time of 15:37, with Enniskillen RC’s Jamie McDonnell in third 47 seconds back.

Flynn, of SML Coaching, won the female race in a time of 19:52, with Kevea Gallagher from Rosses AC 10 seconds afterwards and Shauna McGeehan of Letterkenny AC third in 20:21,

In all, over 200 took part in the event, with this year’s charity being Cancer Care West, Donegal Cancer Support Centre, providers of a welcoming, confidential space where anyone affected by cancer can access free counselling, practical guidance and complementary therapies.

ATU extends thanks to all participants, organisers, volunteers and sponsors whose support each year has helped ATU’s 5K grow into an event of great community spirit and generosity.
