Durrow will become the centre of the antiques world next week for the Legacy of the Big House auction at Sheppard's Irish Auction House.
Incredibly rare and desirable porcelain, glass, designer and antique furniture, Irish and European art, chandeliers, table lamps, Asian art, objets d’art will be offered for sale on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Sheppard's Auction rooms in the centre of the historic town.
Items autographed by the world's greatest ever footballer and the coolest and craziest rock band of the 1960s and 1970s will go under the gavel on Day 1 as will a stunning French mantel clock, a number of Percy French paintings and a stand-out lacquered cabinet on stand.

Amongst the amazing lots is Lot 14 - A guitar signed by the legendary Rolling Stones.
The electric guitar is autographed by: Charlie Watts, Mick Jagger, Ronnie Woods and Keith Richards.
It is enclosed in a shadow box. It has estimate of €3,000 to €5,000.
