O'Loughlin Gaels will bid for their first-ever All-Ireland Senior title when they face St Thomas' of Galway this Sunday at 1.30pm in Croke Park.
There is certainly nerves in the air for the Kilkenny club's supporters, but as throw-in grows ever closer, the green and white flags and decorations are being displayed proudly in that fraction of Kilkenny.
