The battle kicked off at 7pm in Killenard, with teachers, family and friends of the TY students attending in support.
12 amazing acts from the school's Transistion Year group took to the stage, receiving rapturous applause from attendees.
The fundraiser was established to support the development of the school's breakfast club, and the local St. Vincent de Paul branch in Portarlington.
The winners of the lip sync battle were The Lightening Ladies, who were presented with a cheque for €1,000 towards the fundraiser.
The acts included: The Lightening Ladies, The Rhythmix, Main Street Girls, The Hooves, After Eights, The Big 10, Oasis-ish, The Craggy Islanders, The Back Road Boys, Tumbling Paddys, The Peppa Power Posse, and The Class Clowns.
The groups have so far raised over €11,046 through online donations.
