Sinn Féin has secured the first seat in the Bann ward in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.
Sean Bateson was confirmed in round three with 1,450 votes. TUV candidate William Craig was eliminated in the same round.
Candidates Jen McCahon of the Green Party and Ryan Barkley of the SDLP were eliminated in round one.
Aontú candidate Gemma Brolly was eliminated in round two.
