The Donegal Camino in support of Cancer Care West began in Malin on September 3. Growing in popularity year on year, the unique walking festival is based on the ethos of the Camino and is a pilgrimage across the stunning hills, mountains and coastal loop walks with the aim of showcasing Donegal as a world class walking and hiking destination while also raising funds for vital cancer services.
This video showcases all that those who participated in the walk enjoyed. People from the island of Ireland, Scotland, the US and Europe all took part in what looks like a magnificent event.
The walk was led by the award winning Donegal-based walking guide John McGroary and his team of professional walking guides.
The voice-over on this video is by the TV celebrity and former Donegal Person of the Year Noel Cunningham.
