Watch: Animals at Wild Ireland enjoying snowfall in Donegal

The foxes, monkeys, owls, reindeer, leopards and bears can be seen enjoying the snow at the animal sanctuary

Wild Ireland transformed into a winter wonderland during the recent snowfall across Donegal.

The foxes, monkeys, owls, reindeer, leopards and bears can be seen enjoying the snow at the animal sanctuary.

Established by Killian McLaughlin in 2019, a Buncrana native who is also a solicitor and zoologist, the animal sanctuary is based in Dundrain, Burnfoot.

Wild Ireland offers rescue and gives a natural habitat to various animals who have been abandoned, exploited or abused. Not only that, but the sanctuary also hosts educational talks in a bid to inform visitors of important conservation issues and welfare.
