After a long two days, Frank Feighan was re-elected to the Dáil just after 8:40pm on December 1.
He secured a total of 12,241 votes exceeding the quota of 11,381. He picked up 1,177 votes from Edel McSharry's (FF) distributed votes.
Feighan's votes carry a surplus of 860, but as this number won't elect the next highest polling candidate (Kenny) or won't save the lowest polling candidate (MacManus), the surplus is not being distributed.
Instead, Chris MacManus will be eliminated and his votes will be distributed in count twelve.
Kenny (SF), Clarke (II), Scanlon (FF) and Harkin (IND) are the last candidates standing after count 11.
Below are votes per candidates following count 11:
Frank Feighan (+1177) - 12,241 (ELECTED)
Martin Kenny (+2428) - 10,218
Michael Clarke (+396) - 7,969
Eamon Scanlon (+2428) - 9,740
Marian Harkin (+1161) - 8,306
Chris MacManus (+234) - 6698 (eliminated)
