Julia Muldowney

THE death took place last week in the Ave Maria Nursing Home in Tooreen of Julia Muldowney (nee Carney), Churchfield Park, Knock and formerly of Coogue. Julia (91) was predeceased by her husband John and also by her sons Pat and Michael and by her daughter-in-law Catherine. 

Julia was held in high regard by all who knew her and was a good and kind neighbour who could always be relied on to lend a helping hand. She had a pleasant and gentle disposition that endeared her to many and she will be fondly remembered by family and friends.

Removal took place from the Marian Funeral Home to Aghamore Church with burial in Aghamore cemetery following Requiem Mass celebrated by Msgr Joe Quinn. 

She is survived by her son John, daughter-in-law Bernie, grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.
