Roadworks to begin on North Mayo town road
Pavement works at Rathoonagh are expected to continue for two weeks, with traffic lights and other traffic management measures in place
Road pavement works are due to begin on the R314 Killala Road at Rathoonagh, Ballycastle, on Monday, August 31.
The works are expected to continue for approximately two weeks.
Mayo County Council has advised motorists that traffic management measures, including traffic lights, will be in place while the works are underway.
Road users are asked to allow extra time for their journeys and to take care when travelling through the area.
