The US podcaster, 32, has welcomed a baby boy with her husband, producer Matt Kaplan.
The presenter shared a photograph of their son on Instagram on Tuesday and captioned it with a blue heart.
It comes days after Cooper shared maternity photographs which she captioned: “The most transformative 9 months of my life.”
Cooper, who has been documenting her pregnancy journey online, announced she and Kaplan were expecting their first child in May – nearly a year after they got married.
Friends and fans flooded the comments section with well wishes including Twilight actor Taylor Lautner, who recently also became a parent.
Cooper is best known for hosting the hit podcast Call Her Daddy where she interviews celebrities and discusses pop culture, life, and relationships.
Lady Victoria Beckham is among the guests she has had on her couch along with Michelle Obama, Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian and Kevin Hart.
Cooper also co-founded the media and lifestyle brand Unwell alongside her husband.
The company is behind a number of podcasts including In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele and Madeline Argy’s Pretty Lonesome.
