A Louth GAA club has received planning permission for the redevelopment of part of the site in Dunleer.

Louth County Council this week (July 18) granted planning permission to St Kevin's GAA for an extension of the existing changing room and installation of waste water treatment system and all associated site works.

The application - which was originally submitted in November 2023 - was approved with eight conditions.

An application for the erection of a ball stopping net was also submitted, however this has been refused.
