Deaths in Dundalk - Friday 1 November 2024

The death has occurred of Seamus Murtagh of Heynestown, Haggardstown, Co Louth

Peacefully in the wonderful care of St. Oliver Plunkett Hospital on 30 October 2024. Seamus, much loved husband of Tina née Hoey, dear father of Catriona, Noelle, Ann, Jim, Conor and Stephanie, loving grandad of Andrew, Claire, Aoife, Eimear, Hayley and Oriana, brother of Mable, Joe, and the late Gerard. He will be sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, sisters, sons-in-law Conor and Mick, daughter-in-law Sandra, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home on Saturday from 2pm until 7pm. Removal on Sunday afternoon to St Furseys Church Haggardstown, arriving for Mass at 2.30pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining Cemetery. All enquires to Oisin and Rosemary Rogers, McGeoughs Funerals, Jocelyn Street, 042934283.
