The death has occurred of Clare Geraldine Laramie (née Duffy) of The Hollow, Jenkinstown, Dundalk, Louth
Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda on Monday 12 February 2024. Predeceased by her parents Philip and Maura and brothers Simon and Philip.
Clare will be greatly missed by her husband Tom, children Éamonn, Maura, Fiona and Clodagh, and siblings, Joe (Geraldine), Alice, Maureen (Ciarán), Brendan, Pauline (Mark) and Evelyn, as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends at home and abroad.
Reposing at her home on both Wednesday 14 February and Thursday 15 February, from 12 noon - 10pm. House private at all other times please. Removal on Friday, February 16th at 12.20pm to St. Mary's Church, Ravensdale, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. The death has occurred of Ted O'Donoghue of Sandymount Drive, Blackrock, Co Louth and formerly of Firies, Co. Kerry
Peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, having been wonderfully cared for by the staff of, Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home on 13 February 2024. Ted, much loved husband of the late Anne nèe Friel, dear father of Mary, Angela, Tim and Finola, loving grandad of Maria, Anne, Diarmuid, Ben, Kevin, Jane and the late Eoin, great grandad of Jack, brother of Amy, and father-in-law of John, Sheila, David and the late Aidan.
He will be sadly missed by his son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandson, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grand son-in-law Gordon, sister, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at McGeoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street from 3pm until 6pm on Wednesday. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.30 via Sandymount Blackrock, arriving for Mass at 11am in St. Furseys Church, Haggardstown. Burial afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.
