Dundalk estate agent wins national award

Dundalk estate agent Paul Clarke of DNG Duffy has been highly commended in the DNG Going Above and Beyond Award 2026 category at the DNG National Awards ceremony, held at The Curragh Racecourse in County Kildare on Thursday, 15th October.

The DNG National Awards brought together more than 150 delegates representing 82 DNG offices from across Ireland. Ahead of the awards ceremony, delegates heard from a range of speakers on key issues shaping the property sector and the wider business landscape, including the Irish property market, emerging technology, cybersecurity and AI, and their impact on how businesses operate and grow.

Contributions from The Irish Times, PrepayPower, DNG Financial Services, MKIG, Hamptons International and Currencies Direct brought expertise across business, finance, insurance, world property, and banking. Some of Europe’s most prominent property technology leaders were also present with representatives from Giraffe360, Acaboom, Reapit, Realforce and MediaPro.

Welcoming the award win, presented by Fergal Kennedy of MKIG, Paul’s nominee Keith Duffy, Managing Director, DNG Duffy, said: “We’re delighted to see Paul receive a Highly Commended award in the DNG Going Above and Beyond category. As we highlighted in his nomination, Paul consistently goes well beyond what is expected of him, whether that means accommodating clients outside normal hours, helping to resolve practical issues around a sale or supporting colleagues within the office.

“One example that really stood out was the effort he made to help an overseas client complete a sale within a very tight timeframe, working across time zones and keeping the transaction moving throughout.
