FooDee Nutrition workshop on “How to make peace with food with Intuitive Eating".

Discover how you can eat confidently by dropping the harmful self talk.

Louth, November 2022 - Feeling like you have to prepare your body to enjoy the rest and family holiday? And when it’s over January thoughts revolve around ‘I’ve been bad’ and “I need to make up for it”. Have you ever thought about the impact this has on your health?

Feeling guilty for feeling hungry or eating is like feeling guilty for breathing. We have been taught to be ashamed of our basic human needs. Although numbers cannot be confirmed it is thought that between 50-75% of women struggle with a disordered relationship with food. Restricting food isn’t working and “people are tired of feeling at war with their own bodies," says Evelyn Tribole, RDN, coauthor of Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating longitudinally predicts better psychological and behavioural health across a range of outcomes.

Denise is holding a bespoke in person workshop to show you how you can feed yourself with kindness. Denise has planned something very special. She will be bring all of her years of experience of nutritional therapy, intuitive eating, mindfulness, breath-work coaching and health coaching to the group.

Denise knows first hand from being a full time mother herself and working with other mothers, just how hard it can be to put yourself first and make time for your health. Join Denise if you want an introduction to this vast and nuanced subject, if you want practical tools, actionable steps and evidence-based solutions to help you build your Confidence in Eating, so you get busy just eating and having fun.

“I achieved my goal and much more than I could have imagined.” “I thought the tone of your delivery was spot on and you held a safe space for all of us to open up about our relationships with food.“My quality of life overall has massively improved, I reaped so many benefits I wouldn't have even considered prior to starting.”
