The beloved Fireside Sessions, an acoustic club renowned for showcasing exceptional original acts in a warm, intimate setting by the fire, is taking over Toales this January.
This weekend marks your last chance to enjoy free admission to outstanding performances by some of the finest local acoustic talent.
Headlining the evening is the return of Beki Hemingway, an acclaimed singer-songwriter who, along with her husband and musical partner Randy Kerkman, made the bold move from Denver, Colorado, to Ireland in 2016.
Fueled by a shared passion for music, travel, and public service, the duo now calls Dundalk home, where they’ve become cherished members of the town’s vibrant music scene.
Beki has been celebrated for crafting some of the "best songs you've never heard," offering a unique blend of modern sensibilities and a melodic twist on classic country-folk.

Her songwriting spans rock to jazz, evoking comparisons to icons like Florence and the Machine, PJ Harvey, Kate Bush, and even Björk.
A fan-favorite at Toales, KOI has quickly carved out a name for himself with his distinctive indie singer-songwriter style. His original material is as compelling as his surprising cover songs, which he reimagines with ease and creativity, making each performance uniquely memorable.
