Generous sisters Anna and Caoimhe donate their hair to the Princess Trust and raise money for Cancer Care

Kind-hearted sisters Anna and Caoimhe Callan wanted to help children suffering from hair loss so decided to cut their own long locks and donate them to the Little Princess Trust.

Anna, nine, and seven-year-old Caoimhe, who both had lovely, long hair, decided to go for the chop and donate 12 inches of their hair to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that supports people up to the age of 24 who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment or other conditions.

The two generous girls, by cutting their hair, have also raised over €1,800 for Cara Cancer Support Centre between an online idonate page and sponsor cards.
