Lip-Sync Battle for SOSAD at the Lisdoo in Dundalk
Saturday 6 July
A Lip-Sync Battle in aid of SOSAD, is set to take place on Saturday 6 July at 8pm in the Lisdoo in Dundalk.
This very worthy event is being organised by a small committee of past and present contestants. Originally started by Majella Watters and Catriona Harrison in 2016, the event ran yearly in the Spirit Store until 2019.
Following Covid, the committee organised the event again in 2023, taking the event to the Clan na Gael function room.
Such was the success of the event, the committee had to expand, with seven people now organising July's event in the Lisdoo function room that will feature 12 acts.
MC on the night will be Mark Matthews again, having made a huge impact on the show last year, while the judging panel will be Martina Rice, Alison Lennon and Paula Harrison.
Tickets for the event are €15 with all proceeds going to SOSAD.
