Local company Toolfix wins €15,000 Brand Advocacy Prize

Local Dundalk business Toolfix has received a €15,000 prize after being awarded the Guaranteed Irish Brand Advocacy Champion title, recognising the company’s strong and consistent activation of the Guaranteed Irish symbol across its digital and in-store design and communications.
Guaranteed Irish recognises one member each month for exceptional use of the iconic ‘G’. The Brand Advocacy Champion receives a marketing support package valued at €15,000, including advertising in The Irish Times, a national radio campaign and regional PR support.
Toolfix has integrated the Guaranteed Irish symbol across its in-store and till branding, website, email communications, social media channels, display materials, and digital screens.
Operating for almost 30 years and based in Dundalk, Toolfix is Ireland’s largest wholesaler and retailer of industrial tools, supplying premium-quality tools, supplies and accessories to industries nationwide, including construction, agriculture and automotive.

Toolfix’s commitment to the Guaranteed Irish Jobs pillar is reflected in its support for local employment, with more than 40 people employed across the business, alongside additional part-time roles created during busier periods, including opportunities for first-time workers.
This recognition also reflects the wider impact of the Guaranteed Irish network. Research carried out in 2025 found that 75% of member businesses reported a positive impact on their bottom line when actively using the Guaranteed Irish licence.
