Louth locals set 'fitting' tribute skydive to raise funds for daycare centre
Louth locals are set to skydive in Offaly this Saturday to raise funds for Ardee Daycare Centre.
Louth locals Trina Miller and Eileen Dooley are taking on a skydive to raise funds for Ardee Day Care Centre.
The skydive will take place in Clonbullogue Airfield in Offaly and will take place on July 18.
So far €2,670 has been raised from a €4,000 target.
The fundraiser honours the 90th birthday of the day care’s former director, Florrie O’Flynn.
“Florrie has given so much to the community over the years, and this feels like a fitting way to recognise her contribution and legacy.
“We are covering the full cost of the skydive ourselves, so every donation goes directly to supporting the work of the centre.”
