A bright and mostly dry start with just some showers. The showers will become more frequent in the afternoon, especially in western parts.
They will be heavy at times with a chance of hail.
Winds will be light to moderate southwesterly, though gusty near showers. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees.
Saturday night: A mostly dry and clear night with showers becoming confined to Atlantic coastal counties.
Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees with light to moderate winds, fresher on western and northwestern coastal areas.
