Mainly dry with bright or sunny spells to start. Cloud will increase from the west during the afternoon, then rain will spread eastwards through the evening.
Highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees with light to moderate southeast winds.
Thursday night will be mostly wet as rain over much of the country extends to eastern and northeastern areas and continues overnight.
Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in a mostly moderate southeast wind.
