Appeal for land or building for new National Car Testing Centre in Clare
THE NATIONAL Car Testing Service is appealing for a development opportunity for a new testing centre in Clare.
Applus is solely responsible for the operation for 49 car testing centres across the country.
They said: "We are currently seeking expansion opportunities in all areas in and surrounding Shannon, Co. Clare for a new NCT Centre ideally within a business park."
They have appealed to owners of a detached building or a service site zoned industrial to get in touch.
This is if the following requirements can be met: detached standalone building 6m high, 25m long, 16m wide with a dedicated parking lot for 30 cars.
For the zoned site, the building to be constructed would be 4,300 sq ft.
