Limerick court dismissed due to no judge

THERE will be no district court sitting in Newcastle West this Thursday as no judge is available.
Judge Carol Anne Coolican made the announcement at Friday’s Newcastle West Court.
Judge Coolican told the court that the president (of the district court) said they didn’t have a judge available to preside over this month’s Thursday sitting (May 18).
The cases due to be listed on that date will instead go forward to Newcastle West Court on Tuesday, May 23.
Courts are listed to be held in Newcastle West on the third Thursday of each month, commencing at 10.30am with juveniles in the after noon.
