Limerick fans report long delays as all roads lead to Croker

LIMERICK hurling fans are experiencing long delays as they approach Dublin for the All-Ireland semi-final.

The M50 is very busy this afternoon as fans make their way to the match with many choosing to take alternative routes to reach the stadium.

Delays had been reported approaching the capital as early as 2pm as supporters made their way towards Dublin for the game against Galway.

No crashes or incidents have been reported in the area, it is assumed that the long delays are being caused by the volume of vehicles travelling to the match.

Looking on the bright side, those stuck in their vehicles have reported warm temperatures as there were worries that rain would dampen the spirits.
