Limerick venue reminds concert-goers to 'be mindful' ahead of sold-out show
AS POP giants Madness will be playing in King John’s Castle this Friday, Dolan’s has asked concert-goers to ‘be mindful’.
The English pop band Madness will be returning to the city for another sold-out performance in Limerick.
Ahead of the gig, Dolan’s had advised the public that the concert is a “walk-to event” and to use “public transportation’ if possible.
“Please do not drive or bring your car, as the venue is in a residential area,” they said. “Please be mindful when leaving the venue and do not enter people’s property or litter, and please keep the noise to a minimum.”
According to Dolan’s, it’s best to dress accordingly and be aware that the ground is uneven as it’s covered in stones. They have also said that no umbrellas are allowed, and that the concert is a “fully standing show.”
Doors will be open at 7pm sharp as the show will start at 7.30. Madness’ performance will be over by 10.30pm.
