Match made in heaven as Munster Rugby star proposes to partner
WEDDING bells look set to chime for two of Munster Rugby's star players.
There were double celebrations for Munster women's rugby players Clodagh O'Halloran and Chloe Pearse.
For not only did their side beat old rivals Leinster at Musgrave Park in Cork - but then Clodagh popped the question to her love!
In the presence of her team-mates on the side of the pitch, Clodagh proposed. And of course, Chloe said yes!
Both women represent UL Bohemians Rugby Club, with Clodagh working as a PE teacher. She attended Kilkishen National School in East Clare.
In 2021, she featured on the popular RTE tv show Ireland's Fittest Family, a programme which features former Munster player Donncha O'Callaghan,
Chloe, meanwhile, started her rugby playing life at St Mary's RFC in Limerick, before moving to Shannon, then UL Bohemians.
She was top try scorer in the 2019–2020 All-Ireland League, scoring 15 tries in 12 games.
Huge congratulations to the pair!
