More than 10 new cost rental homes for Limerick
The rent for these 12 homes in Knockhill, Limerick will be at least 25% lower than market averages
APPLICATIONS are now open for 12 new cost rental homes, where rent will be at least 25% lower than the market average.
The homes in Amharc Abhann, Knockhill, Limerick, on the Ennis Road are being delivered by Clúid in partnership with Limerick City and County Council.
The A-rated homes will cost €1,594 per month in rent.
Those who are successful in their applications will get secure life-long tenancies.

There are schools, shops and a health centre close to the homes, as well as a regular bus service to Limerick City. The homes are near Coonagh and Jetland Shopping Centre.
The developer is Formation Homes. Clúid is also partnering with Occu, who will be providing support with the allocation and onboarding of these new homes.
Visitors to the Clúid website can also register to be notified about upcoming cost rental homes in their area.
