WITH Sunday’s All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final fast approaching, Limerick fans are sparing no effort to show their support for the boys in green ahead of their clash with Galway.
Dairy farmer Roger Mulqueen is amongst those getting into the championship spirit, having constructed an elaborate display of encouragement using bales of silage.

The arrangement saw huge community backing, with Bruff Bord na nÓg players and mentors flocking to the farm in their jerseys to show their support.
With county flags in one hand and hurleys in the other, the crowd sat amongst the display as they roared cheers of encouragement.
Leading the support from a loader up high was Roger’s mother, 78-year-old Bridie Mulqueen, who took to the blue Bruff sky to wave the green and white flag.
As part of the dairy farmer’s latest fun agri-installation, one bale read, “World Cup has Messi, we have Sean Finn!”
While billions will be tuning in to the World Cup final, there is no doubt that the boys in green will have the Limerick people’s full attention.
