ALERT: Tipperary gardaí catch learner driver and seize car for cancelled insurance policy

Tipperary Roads Policing Unit intercepted this vehicle in Nenagh on Sunday. 

The driver, an unaccompanied learner, was found to be driving on a cancelled insurance policy.

The vehicle was seized for no insurance and court to follow.
